PNGO Network Internship Program offers an internship to undergraduate and graduate students at PNGO Network office in Ramallah. The internships typically run for 3 to 6 months, but shorter or longer period may be agreed upon.
Internships at PNGO Network are highly relevant for students in the fields of Middle East Studies, Law, Human Rights, Political and Social Science, Anthropology, Communication and/or Journalism. The program provides an opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience by working on the ground with Palestinian civil society to promote Democracy, human rights and social Justice and social change. PNGO chooses applicants who will most benefit from the experience as well as those who can contribute the most to the organization, based on their skills and interests and PNGO's current needs. PNGO consider intern applications to work in Monitoring and documentation, Media and Administration.
Working hours at PNGO office is from 9am-5pm. Weekend is Fridays and Sundays, with possible adjustments. No salary is paid, (you must arrange your own funding for all costs associated with their internship).

The intern should provide PNGO with a brief written report about his/her activities and learning at the end of the internship.
Higher Education Degree (Middle East Studies, Law, Political and Social Science, Human Rights, Anthropology, Communication and/or Journalism - other degrees may also be considered)
The working languages of PNGO Network are Arabic and English. Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic and other languages is helpful, but not required.

Please indicate the dates of your envisaged internship. It is recommended to submit the application at least three months before the suggested starting date of the internship. PNGO strives to inform all candidates of the decision with regard to their application at least two months before the requested starting date of the internship. PNGO will help the successful applicants with the logistic issues.
In case some applicants are not accepted for an internship at PNGO for some reasons, they
can ask PNGO to add their needed information on PNGO's website. So, applicants will have
more chances to be accepted as interns by PNGO member and non-member organizationsvisiting the website.
